Most intranets feel like they were designed in 2004 and never touched again. Cat's Eye was built to be the opposite — a brand-forward internal platform that employees would actually open without being told to.
Cat's Eye is Amur's internal HQ. The goal was to unify communication, centralize tools, and build a space where company culture could live and breathe digitally. That meant starting with real research before touching any screens.
400+ employees. Surveys, interviews, and cross-departmental feedback sessions. We mapped the friction before designing the fix — where communication broke down, which tools got ignored, what people actually needed versus what they'd been given.
The technical direction moved from a fully custom build to a leaner SharePoint-based system, integrated with AwardCo for employee recognition. The switch kept the project scope realistic without sacrificing functionality or the brand experience that made the platform worth using in the first place.
The result is mobile-first and accessible — designed to work in-office, on the road, or from the couch. Branded, engaging, and built for a team that's always moving. View full case study on Behance ↗
