Proposal tools are fine until they aren't. The branding options are thin, the monthly bill compounds, and the client opens a link that puts them inside Proposify's world before they're inside yours. Their header. Their fonts. Their "Powered by" footer.

For RF Studios Miami, a boutique wellness studio building a real brand in South Florida, that wasn't the move. The proposal had to feel like RF Studios from the first pixel. No subscriptions. No platform in the middle.

The brand already existed in Figma — colors, typography, the whole system. What didn't exist was a way to get a proposal out the door that actually used it.

What We Built

A single self-contained HTML file. Each proposal lives at its own GitHub Pages URL — clean, fast, permanently on — and the entire experience is RF Studios end to end.

The client opens the link, sees their name, their program, the pricing, the terms. At the bottom: a signature form. One checkbox, one button.

From the client's side it just works. From the studio's side there's nothing to manage.

Hosting

GitHub Pages. Free, fast, zero maintenance. Every proposal pushed to the repo is live within a minute at a URL the studio owns and controls forever.

No expiring links. No dependency on a tool that changes its pricing next quarter. The same system works self-hosted under the studio's own domain if they want it there later.

Then We Built the Skill

The first proposal took six hours. That's fast — but only if you do it once.

The template still needs someone to fill it in. Copy, pricing, the right cover photo, the right logo variant. Done manually, that's an hour of careful work every time. Done wrong, it's an off-brand PDF going to a client you spent weeks pursuing.

So we packaged the entire workflow into an AI skill.

A skill — in Claude Code terms — is a structured file that an AI assistant loads before working: brand rules, asset library, workflow steps, the full stack documented. It's the single source of truth for everything the system knows about RF Studios.

With the skill in place, a new proposal is two prompts.

Prompt 1 — create

"Create a new proposal for The Ritz-Carlton. Monthly, ongoing. Three formats: RF Method, Sound Bath, Aerial Yoga. $2,500 per event."

Prompt 2 — publish

"Commit and push to main."

Claude fills the CONFIG block, picks the right photos, writes the copy in RF Studios' voice, saves to the right place in the repo, and returns the live URL. No design tool opened. No logo hunt. No second-guessing the color.

Why It Matters

The proposal tool produces a document. The skill produces consistency. Every proposal that comes out of this system is on-brand — not because someone checked, but because the system doesn't know how to be off-brand.

When the workflow lives in a skill it doesn't live in one person's head. A new team member, a busy week, a quick turnaround — same output. The standard is baked in.

Note

Living document — When RF Studios adds a service, updates pricing, or refreshes the photo library — update the skill. Every proposal after that reflects it automatically.

What's Next

The skill already holds the full brand system and asset library. The next layer is a services database — every class RF Studios offers, with pre-written descriptions in their voice, recommended photos per format, and standard pricing ranges.

When that's in, a full multi-month proposal becomes one instruction:

One prompt

"Proposal for The Grand Biscayne. 5 months. Sound Bath, RF Method, Aerial Yoga, Bachelorette, RF Method."

Five months of programming. Five on-brand cards. Ready to push. That's a studio that scales without losing what makes it worth scaling.

The Output Is the Proposal. The Product Is the Skill.

The proposal is often the first time a potential client interacts with your business as a real thing. Not a social post, not a website — a document that says this is what we're offering and this is what it costs. That moment should feel like you built it.

For RF Studios Miami, we built the system that makes that possible every time. The skill is what makes it sustainable.
